Past endeavors include launching and optimizing 20+ warehouses across the nation, implementing Warehouse Management Systems across multiple facilities, managing multi node fulfillment for multiple 20M+ brands (direct to consumer), optimizing Fulfillment by Amazon channel for brands and a lot more.

We brought in Sidd to help implement Odoo in an already functioning warehouse - not ideal. We had 350 SKUs, with 600 more on the way. Inventory was a mess and I was having my staff do inventory every week. The $ spend was ridiculous.
Sidd came in and first helped me optimize the layout of my warehouse. He helped maximize bulk storage and pick areas, helped lay them out in the warehouse, as well as in Odoo. Once inventory was in place, he set up pick paths to optimize picking. He recommended tools to help pickers and packers as well and put in SOPs for this purpose - moving us from "pen and paper" picking to picking on ipads by scanning barcodes. Previously our pickers would take 30 minutes to pick an order (30-50 items per order). Now by leveraging our WMS properly, we are able to pick an order in less than 10 minutes!

Our 3PL was running into problems with e-commerce fulfillment for one of our brands shipping 100+ orders/day. It was a complex web of 50+ SKUs and various kits/bundles and we had hit a ceiling in terms of number of orders being picked per hour. Sidds goal was to improve this metric.
